At Shepards Pie, your pet’s health and happiness come first. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident trying our meals.  We believe every dog deserves nourishing, thoughtfully prepared food, and every pet parent deserves peace of mind.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you or your pet are not satisfied with your first order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.

Eligible Refunds

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund if:

  • Your pet refuses the food

  • The product arrives damaged, defective, or compromised

  • There is an error with your order (wrong item or quantity)

For first-time customers, we offer a one-time satisfaction refund on up to one opened package.

Non-Returnable Items

Because our meals are perishable and prepared in small batches, we do not require returns on opened or used products.

Unopened products may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be issued if:

 

  • The request is made after 14 days from delivery

  • Improper storage or handling occurred after delivery

  • The product was purchased through a third-party retailer (please contact the retailer directly)

 

Shipping Costs

 

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect orders caused by Shepards Pie.

  • Your order number

  • A brief explanation of the issue

  • Photos (if the product arrived damaged or incorrect)

Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

 

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original form of payment and typically process within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
